GEC Samastipur Important Information for Admission in 2019 
GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE(GEC), SamastipurGOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE (GEC), Samastipur is one of the newly established government engineering institutions set up by the Government of Bihar under the Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education.
The college commenced its first academic session (2019–2023) from the campus of MIT Muzaffarpur.
GEC Samastipur Currently offered six engineering branches with the following intake:
🏗️ Civil Engineering – 60 seats
⚙️ Mechanical Engineering – 60 seats
⚡ Electrical Engineering – 60 seats
💻 Computer Science Engineering (CSE) – 60 seats
🤖 CSE (AI & Machine Learning) – 60 seats
📡 Electronics & Communication Engineering – 60 seats
👉 Total Intake: 360 students per academic year from 2023-2024 onwards.
